Responsibility
Monitor fixed assets and oversee depreciation.
Manage stock levels and ensure accurate valuation.
Compute taxes owed and prepared tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting or other tax requirements.
Track import and export VATs, credits and debit in accordance with the BOI program.
Utilize ERP systems for efficient financial processes.
Record the cost of newly acquired fixed assets, track existing fixed assets, record depreciation and account for the - disposition of fixed assets.
Prepare inventory analysis reports, analyses variances and verify accurate standard costs, reconciling inventory accounts to the general ledger.
Verifying VAT, perform consolidation of Input and Output VAT and reconcile them to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Report and communicate in English with head office in oversea.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or in a similar role.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Excellent knowledge of local & international tax system, including corporate tax, personal tax, withholding tax, import & export tax and VAT.
Effective communication skills in English.
Finance operations experience with ERP.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Mechanical Design Responsibilities:
Create 2D and 3D designs for mechanical systems, emphasizing real-world functionality.
Use advanced CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for precise design drawings.
Optimize individual parts for performance.
Develop prototypes to validate functionality, assembly, and performance.
Conduct tolerance analyses to meet safety standards and evaluate prototypes.
Participate in design reviews, provide technical guidance, and troubleshoot challenges.
Knowledge of detail assembly drawing.
Calculations in kinematics, dynamics, pneumatics, and servo motion analysis required for designing automation mechanisms and equipment.
Mechanical Design Requirements:
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA) and other relevant design and analysis tools.
3+ years in mechanical design for robotics or automation systems with a strong focus on real design, part, and component design.
Strong understanding of robotics principles, kinematics, and control systems.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations relevant to mechanical engineering (e.g., ASME, ISO).
In-depth knowledge of design for manufacturability and design for assembly principles.
Experience with industrial or collaborative robots.
Experience in rapid prototyping and 3D printing technologies is preferred.
Familiarity with simulation and modelling tools, such as ROS (Robot Operating System) is preferred.
Extensive experience in finite element analysis (FEA) and simulation, specifically focused on part and component behavior is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with embedded software engineers, mechanical engineers, and other teams to integrate electronics into product designs.
Coordinate with outsource suppliers.
Procure materials for prototypes and generate Bills of Materials (BOM).
Design circuit schematics involving microcontrollers, motor controllers, sensors, LCD displays, LEDs, Power Management, RFID, etc.
Design multi-layered PCBs in 2D and create 3D visual models.
Perform circuit integrity and reliability simulations.
Test circuits for functionality and performance.
Prepare and release fabrication and assembly documents for PCB/PCBA manufacturing.
Support integration engineers with cable routing.
Assemble and test prototype PCBs for verification.
Manage component libraries (symbols, footprints, and 3D models) in Altium Designer.
Execute specifications and implementation plans for design projects.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in electronic design, including:
ARM/Microcontroller-based PCB board development.
Embedded Linux platform integration.
Component testing and power electronics systems design.
Schematic design and multi-layered PCB prototyping.
Skills:
Proficiency in PCB design software (EDA tools like Altium, Eagle, etc.).
Strong understanding of SMD IC packages (e.g., BGA, QFN, SOIC) and passive component characteristics.
SMD assembly skills, including hot air and hand soldering for both PTH and SMD components.
Familiarity with ARM TI product development, embedded systems design, GPIO, Motor Control PWM, and Stepper motor drivers.
Experience with battery-powered or power electronics systems.
